[Blindmath] MS Word, MathType, and HTML

Hi Steve,
Thank you for the directions. I did figure out what was causing the 
error when I published to math page with MathType.
I was hoping that there is a settings file which could be modified in 
MathPlayer to switch the rendering because my wife told me a couple of 
days ago that my laptop screen is not working.
