Hi Shickeytha,

I have not used Stata. It is possible for screen reader users to adjust sliders.
You navigate to the slider and then use the up and down arrow keys or the left
and right arrow keys to adjust it. The screen reader should speak the
percentage. As an experiment, try adjusting the sliders in the windows volume
control. 

As for NVDA, did you try object navigation? You may get more data that way.
