[Blindmath] LaTeX to MathML

Large part of LaTeX is not math notation, but markup related to
formating. It causes unnecessary noise when you try to read larger texts
and I'm trying to get rid of that. Also, html with headings is much
easier to navigate when it comes to books and articles.
