[Blindmath] LaTeX to MathML

It sounds like you are thinking of MathML as something that you type at the keyboard. That is not what it is for. It is a computer representation, something that is written and read only by software and the programmers that make it. MathML is much better internal representation than LaTeX for accessibility, conversion, interoperability and is heavily used by the publishing and education industries.
