Hello Ceci,
Generally, "accessible" and "online math program" should not go in the
same sentence. Most online programs will not be accessible. There may
be a few though. If you give the Disability Services department at
College Board a call, they can send you a review book of math for the
GRE exam. I know that's not exactly what you're looking for, but a lot
of the math content in the GRE is also covered in the SAT. Sorry ...
