[Blindmath] APH TALKING GRAPHING CALCULATOR

Hi,
I have the TI 84 plus talking graphing calculator.  I have had it for a year and so, and works well.  I did not use it for a few months, and now when I started using it again, it will not talk.  It works fine other than that.
I have tried replacing the batteries, and charging it up completely. Does anyone have any suggestions of what might be the problem?
