[Blindmath] MathML and Voiceover

I suggest to use NVDA of NV Access together with MathPlayer of Design
Science if you have windows OS. I find it easier to read MathML using
these apps. You can check the download links of these apps at
http://www.armesoga.xtreemhost.com/index.php/allan/tutorial
