[Blindmath] converting a textbook in LaTeX to MathML

You might want to give LaTeXML a try -- it's meant to convert an entire
document: http://dlmf.nist.gov/LaTeXML. It translate the math to MathML and
supports a number of common TeX packages. But as someone mentioned, if they
have custom macros, all bets are off.
