Thanks for the input everyone! My main question was, in fact, about the
storage system. How are the pieces stored? Is this a portable product?
How is it organized? I have gotten a magnetic board and a bunch of letters
and numbers and other shapes that I can use to represent symbols, but then I
have not yet come up with a way to store all these magnets and be able to
access them in an efficient way. Also, in my case there are a lot of
letters needed as part of what I do is chemistry, so you have to keep track
of not only numbers, but also letters for elements, symbols, and units. I
think this makes it even harder to find what you need when there are so many
different things to use in setting up a problem.
Any thoughts on that would be appreciated, and I also would still like to
hear more about this product as well from others who may have used it.
Thanks

numbers and symbols (One kit is for geometry, another kit's for division and
multiplication).

all those little symbol pieces are only useful if the student can find what
they need when they need it. So we actually used the back of a cookie sheet
to set up a system for keeping the symbols sorted and categorized.
