[Blindmath] What Does an o Mean in Nemeth Code

Specifically, it means "into". So "2o3" means "2 into 3", or "3 divided 
by 2". I didn't often see the into or the standard division symbol any 
more after grade school or maybe middle school. After that, I usually 
used fractions to mean the same thing. In this specific case, I would 
write "2o3" as 3 halves in fraction notation.
