[BlindMath] calculus and statistics accommodations and access

this may have changed, but the last time I took a math course, the equations in the bookshare books were not accessible regardless of the format. I would have to be able to show people what it was doing because I can't describe it very well, but if it is still that way and you try to read and equation either using speech or a braille display, you will see what I mean although you may actually have to know braille to understand what it is doing. you will have the best of luck with the XML file although parts of it will still be impossible to read.
