[BlindMath] Engineering Tools Accessibility

Hello all,
I'm sure this has probably been discussed at some point in the past
but I wanted to see if there was any new information. I am an
engineering student and I was wondering if anyone has any info on
making any of the following programs accessible with Jaws.

MATLAB
CATIA
ANSYS
Simulink

Also I was wondering where I can find something to help me get started
learning LaTex.
