This is not my specialty but I am wondering if you could provide a scribe
and she could auditorially describe what flow she wanted to graphically
create? What program are the other students using? Is it PowerPoint or a
particular package? IF its powerpoint, Microsoft has a disability
department that might provide you with more specific information on the
program's disability features, but it would help to know exactly how the
sighted students are creating their flow charts.

Thank you so much to all that replied. I wasn't as clear as I had hoped,
it's graphing but more like with flow charts and Venn diagrams rather than
graphing on a coordinate plane. Thank you all for pointing that out, and I
will definitely use what was suggested!
Have a wonderful day,
Kristen
