[BlindMath] Desmos Web-based Graphing Calculator

It has been mentioned before.  They have been at the last few disability
conferences as well as NCTM. They have also won the contract for Smarter
Balance for those who know what that is.

I don't remember anyone mentioning this product before. I did not try it
out, but it appears that they are working hard to make this HTML5 app
accessible on several platforms.
