[BlindMath] C++ IDE

I would use Emacs for this purpose, but if it isn't to your liking, I suppose you could look at either Eclipse or Microsoft Visual Studio. There may be software development-oriented mailing lists that would provide you with a more focused group of programmers who could offer advice and opinions.

I've written small programming exercises in C++ under Emacs, but in a Linux environment.
