I'm responsible for preparing large zoom lecture notes etc for maths
students at the maths dept. at Lancaster uni in UK for vis impaired
students. The only really robust way I found is to convert using
latexml and viewing the lecture notes with a web browser. Somewhat
steep learning curve if you're not into command line, linux, etc, but
by far this gives the most robust, accessible outcome.
Best,
Lukasz
