[BlindMath] LaTeX to Math ml?

HI all,
I have received a LateX file from my professor, and would like to know the
best way to read it. Since I am not well-versed in LaTeX yet, should I use
math ML? From what I understand, I can convert my LaTeX file to Math ml and
use math player to read the expressions. Is this true? If so, what is the
best way to convert this file?
If not, Should I spend my type getting very familiar with LaTex instead, so
that I can read it in LaTex?
