[BlindMath] Converting docx to Xhtml

Hi,

I am not sure the cause of the error- perhaps the version of MathType  
or an improperly formatted equation (e.g., spaces inside)?

Another idea might be to use Central Access Reader (CAR) to export to  
HTML using the FLEX option, which outputs to HTML + MathJax.

CAR will ingest DOCX files with either MathType or OMML equations.
