[BlindMath] A UEB-Related Query: Sec. 10.6.1 in the Rulebook

10.6.2 is the rule under analysis here. It indicates that the lower
groupsigns for "be" "con" and "dis" can be used only when they are (a) at
the beginning of a word, *and* (b) followed by:

   - a letter
   - a contraction
   - a modified or ligatured letter

Since typeform indicators are not on this list in 10.6.2, the "dis" lower
groupsign cannot be used in the word dis*turb*,
in which "dis" is followed by the italic word typeform indicator.

For what it is worth, I have found that parsing the the ways the UEB
rulebook describes things is sometimes a bit tricky. Thus, becoming
familiar with interpreting the rulebook is very important skill in
producing proper UEB transcriptions. Asking questions
of the experts here in this listserv is a very good step in the process.
