Hello,
Frankly, The fastest way to take mathematical notes is in Braille using Nemeth code. I do not know how you could put this into your book.

Subject: [BlindMath] Taking Notes in Book
Hello,
I have been searching for a while now, but am not finding the answers to my question. One thing I have noticed is that the notes that I take are best when connected in the book I am reading (for example, writing comments in Microsoft Word at the specific parts of the book where the note goes). The commenting in Word has been harder to use with NVDA and all my books are readable only with NVDA. I am trying to find another way to take notes in my book (like taking notes in the margin off a hardcover book). So far, I have come across Kurzweil 1000 and Open Book. I am not sure if they do what I intend to do just from reading about them. Also, do they work well with math in books that are in Word? Would I be able to take notes in my book?
Thank you,
Nicholas
