[BlindMath] Reading Nemeth on a macOS?

Hi:

I am wondering if anyone on this list can share their experience using a braille display + VoiceOver for macOS to read math in Nemeth code. What display do you have and what setup/ configuration did you follow?

(I have not had any luck with our Baum Vario 340. I am running the latest version of macOS- High Sierra 10.13.4)
