[BlindMath] Sppech amount in MathPlayer

Hello Bob,

Thank you for your response. I still didn't get how this is different from
speech style? Speech styles also controls the verbosity using other cues
like pause, as per my understanding.

I found some convention differences. Is it possible to adapt speech rules
in MathPlayer according to local conventions?
