[BlindMath] Sppech amount in MathPlayer

The MathPlayer speech rules are in user-changeable plain text files in
(typically) C:\Program Files (x86)\Design Science\MathPlayer\Rules. If you
are brave, you can make changes to them including adding, removing, or
changing the amount of pausing. Most of the pausing commands are in the
files simple-speech-base.tdl and en/ClearSpeak-en.tdl if you are using the
ClearSpeak style.
