I use GNU Emacs for this purpose, with AUCTeX mode. Based on previous discussions via the mailing list, TeXnicCenter is often recommended, especially for those working primarily in a Windows environment, but I haven't tried it.

Less relevant in your case, but worth mentioning for completeness is TeXShop for Mac OS - included as part of the MacTeX distribution.

If you prefer Vim as your editor, then there's a LaTeX extension for that as well. Another emerging option for Windows might be Visual Studio Code, but I haven't installed its TeX/LaTeX environment, so I can't comment on its accessibility. However, Visual Studio Code itself has become progressively more accessible (e.g., problems with the menus were fixed recently, thanks to changes in Electron).

    Hi,
I have to write an internship report in computer science.
I would like to use LaTeX language to write this report.
I am looking for a text editor including bibliographic management and if
    possible a spell checker.
I am under Windows 10 and also work under Linux through SSH.
    Looking forward to reading you.
    Sincerely, Mathieu
