Hello:
The only CAD program I know of that a blind person can use is OpenScad.
The source looks like a mix of programming language, set theory and trig
functions.
OpenScad can produce files for 3d printers and 2d printing. See the site:
https://www.openscad.org/
for more details.
An OpenScad source file can be prepared in Notepad and compiled using
command line arguments.
