[BlindMath] UEB braille display

MathPlayer gets its braille via liblouis. Liblouis currently doesn't
support UEB math. I believe that APH has done some work on UEB support and
said they would contribute that back to liblouis at some point, but that
hasn't happened yet. Trying to move this forward is on my todo list, but it
is not near the top of my list at the moment.
