[BlindMath] Screen reader extension for viewing math content in LaTeX and AsciiMath notations as MathML

Hi evrybody,
I have updated nvMathViewer add-on.
Changes:
1. Added preprocessing of LaTeX notation. Now the "$" characters at both ends of the text, the "\[" characters at the beginning of the text, and the "\]" characters at the end of the text are automatically removed.
2. For NVDA fixed error of processing selected text in Microsoft Word and maybe in some other text editors or word processors.
For updating of JOZ version it is enough to do only the eighth step of the installation, that is, copying the "nvMathViewer" directory.
