[BlindMath] Teaching Calc III to a Visually Impaired Student

Calc 3 at our university involves working with 3D surfaces and shapes. We
found that 3d printing models of the 3d surfaces really helped the student.
We found an instructor that had created ones from the textbook we were
using:
