[BlindMath] Accessibility of Latex to PDF

Do you or anyone else know how to convert the latex into Word using one of
the programs mentioned so I can tell my disability coordinator how to do it?

If you can get the LaTeX files, you can convert them to word/html using
pandoc and MathJax.
