[BlindMath] TeX Hour tomorrow: Lighter TeX Runs Faster

Hi

Aside: Later this year, I hope we can make TeX-related accessibility tools
easier for beginners to use, by making them available via Github continuous
integration. However, tomorrow's TeX Hour is focussed on the underlying TeX
Live internals.

There's a TeX Hour tomorrow evening (Thursday 25 March) 6:30 to 7:30 UK
time. All are welcome. The topic is my first venture into the internals of
TeX Live, and anything anyone else brings up related to durability and
