[BlindMath] [EXTERNAL] Re: Large html file

Hello,

I haven't used make4ht, but it seems to have been added to the toolset after I last needed to create my own workflows.
My workflows still work, so I'm not about to fix them, especially since my reliance on TeX is reducing all the time.

I did find some tutorials at
https://tug.org/tex4ht/
that can be used for improving the htlatex command to get separate files for chapters/sections. They look newer than what I was using to get my workflows sorted out, so hopefully that means better.

If that process has started to work, then making small tweaks to it seems to me to be the way to go.

One resource I saw in passing gave me the impression that make4ht is an extra layer of wrapping for tex4ht. Sorry, I don't have time to investigate further just at present, but I've already seen the word "install" that makes me cringe. I'd love to learn that having my miktex installation running means make4ht would do its magic really easily so I look forward to hearing from people with more experience than I have to share.

Jonathan

I think make4ht is what people are using these days to run TeX4ht. It has numerous options with which you can experiment to obtain desired results.
I've used it to convert a recent paper of mine, very successfully.
