[BlindMath] Looking for introductory material on probability

Hello Bert,

I haven't had any operating system clashes with two screen readers for a very long time. There are obviously clashes when they are both running simultaneously, but that's not how or why I use NVDA. I recommend people have both, and I love that I can put NVDA on a memory stick and use other people's computers.

I find JAWS does a better job on those things that FS puts any effort towards, notably the Microsoft Office products but for those software options that FS has little or no interest in serving, such as mathematical and statistical software, that NVDA is often better.

There are  instances where JAWS leaves me baffled, while NVDA offers certainty. One annoying example is in HTML web pages or email when JAWS gets into a cycle and automatically goes around in circles in a subset of the content. I found this so frustrating that I stopped receiving that newsletter's content.

I use both screen readers when I review software, because I have found the experience so different in a small number of cases. I do not assume people are using JAWS, especially when working with people in countries outside  the small number of languages that FS supports.

When JAWS lets me down, NVDA saves my ***. This might only happen a few times a year, but when things go wrong, I need a backup plan that can be put in place at a moment's notice.

Thank you for looking at that, Jonathan. I am also using Chrome. Years ago I tried NVDA but then there was a conflict with JAWS at some point, so I am now a bit cautious to install a second screenreader (especially at busy times).
