[BlindMath] Question about Latex.

Hello, my friends in math list serv, my name is Janet Tabora and I
have a question. I am trying to learn LATEX with screen readers for my
future math courses. Do you have any suggestions for which LATEX to
install on my computer? I am using windows and I have windows 11 and
Jaws 2023 and the latest version of NVDA.
All suggestions will be appreciated it. Thank you all in advance.
