Hi Mohamed,

How are you reading the book from Bookshare? Are you reading it in HTML, Word document or epub? In some CS books I downloaded from bookshare, I had problem locating some of the codes and exercises --they were missing somehow.

Hope my mail finds you well,

Currently, I am starting my Masters of Computer Science courses and I hope I could handle the task of studying the math content entirely on my own.

What should I exactly do and what tools are most suitable for the task?

About Me:
I am legally blind and I depend only on screen readers. I have an Intel base Mac that runs Mac OS 12 and can run Windows 10 using VMWare.

About My Study:
The master is in computer science. I am currently enrolled for Deep Learning course and Operating Systems. The one that is of interest here is the Deep Learning course. I found the reference book of "Deep Learning: Adaptive Computation and Machine Learning Series” by Ian Goodfellow on bookshare.org. The book seams accessible to some extent but I am not used to the notations of the book or how the math is represented.

• Is the math content in that version is fully accessible and I should adapt to its notation?
• Is there another version that contains math content represented in a way similar to math content on websites as in Wikipedia? I can understand clearly the math on Wikipedia.
• For assignments, is there a faster method than LaTeX? I think learning LaTeX is a must sooner or later, so writing in it should be a normal task to me as a person who seeks PhD in the field of Computer Science or Machine Learning.

Any help would be truly appreciated,
