I agree, a coordinated effort is a good idea. The same goes for other inaccessible software and sites, I believe we can pool our resources on this list to make a real difference.

Robin, you are indeed correct that the user interface is poor for non-sighted users. Even their company web site would not meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and there is no accessibility statement on their website. They think they have made the snip.mathpix.com site mobile and screen-reader friendly because they have added alt text to the buttons. Snip accessibility features.

I would email the company, and I'll do the same so it may be more noticeable if they receive at least 2 emails about the issue!
