[BlindMath] The state of math equations across solutions

I'd say type up your notes in LaTex and then convert it to the final product
in MathML, word or whatever, and make the source code available.
That way, if something isn't coming through properly or isn't being read
correctly by jaws or NVDA in the MathML or word file, the reader can always
consult the LaTex source code to know what's going on. Also, avoid using
exotic forms of LaTex. They will convert less reliably to other formats, and
will needlessly require the reader to look up the meanings of various
commands.
The possible down side of the above is that you might type something in
LaTex and it might not necessarily get converted to MathML or word
correctly, and you might miss it in the proof reading.

Subject: [BlindMath] The state of math equations across solutions
Hello Everyone,
If you were to offer advice to a math professor on which solution to utilize
for accessible math solutions, which would you choose? Would you stick to a
HTML-based solution, use Microsoft Word's Equation Editor or another
solution for the widest support for math equations with both JAWS and NVDA?
I have been away from this space for a while so wanting to get opinions on
this as it relates to the current state of accessibility and tooling that is
in market now.
Thanks for any advice ...
Jeff
