Georgiana,
If you have a Mac, TeXShop (included with MacTeX) is a wonderful native MacOS app.
On Windows, any text editor and the command-line pdflatex tool works, but it admittedly isn't as nice. I use Notepad++ for this on Windows.
On Linux or Chrome OS, Emacs/Emacspeak with Auctex-mode for auditory syntax highlighting, but the learning curve and configuration complexities are steep (though worth it in my opinion).

Subject: [BlindMath] Asking for an Accessible Latex editor

Hello, I am new to this list so I apologice if you already talked About this.
I've been Reading this topic
[BlindMath] New to LaTeX
(nfbnet.org)<https://nfbnet.org/pipermail/blindmath_nfbnet.org/2023-October/
010822.html>
And I was wondering if you could recomend me what to use to write latex. I know how to do it, but I don't find an easy way to see my mistakes related to code or related to gramar/spelling, etc.
Do you know any latex editor accessible? Or Maybe how to configure vscode to Work with LaTeX? I tried to do it, but couldn't manage. I am interested in using shortcuts and making my Work easily, now I lose a lot of time.

Thanks!
Georgiana

P.S. Can I answer to the topics that you've opened if I was not on the list When you created them? If yes, how?
