You can run Sage in a command line session, at least under Linux. (I 
assume this is possible under Windows too, but I haven't tried.) In 
Windows, you would use Windows Terminal and PowerShell, then run Sage 
from there. You can copy/paste code into the terminal if it's already 
available on the Web.

As noted, I know this works in a Linux environment.
