[BlindMath] Problems with LaTeX Math Imbedded in Markdown

Hello Blind Math,

I have been experiencing some inconsistencies with markdown documents
containing imbedded LaTeX math.
When I try to preview the document, the math doesn't read every time.
I've tried restarting NVDA and VS Code, uninstalling and reuninstalling the
Math cat add-on, etc, but there's an inconsistency; sometimes it'll read
the math and other times it won't.
It's just very time-consuming to keep restarting apps every time. Any tips
on how I can fix this?
