[BlindMath] copying Math Using Mathcat

There is a bug in the current release of MathCAT that was fixed a while
back, but I keep piling in new features (including a "Copy As Speech"
feature) and haven't done a release yet of the bug-fixed version. However,
there is a relatively simple fix you can make:
1. In a text editor, open the file %APPDATA%\MathCAT\prefs.yaml. There are
likely two lines with "CopyAs". The proper one is in the "Navigation"
category. Delete the line that is in the "Other" category.
2. In a text editor, open the file
%APPDATA%\nvda\addons\MathCAT\globalPlugins\MathCAT\rules\prefs.yaml. This
is the default value that caused the problem originally. Find the "CopyAs"
line. Move it from the "Other" category to the "Navigation" category. It
doesn't matter where it goes in that category.
