Sorry that I only see your question now, but maybe this can help; a few years ago we developed SenseMath at Visio. Is it downloadable for free for iPhone and iPad: https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/sensemath/id1546257766 The app has a lot of features to sketch graphs and make all elements audible. (Think of extrema, intersections, intersections with axis, steps on the x-axis, etc. you can also give sin(x) functions as input and of course adaptations of sin-functions. You can switch elements on/off using a customized VO rotor in the app! The app also has a ‘book’ function which gives you all graphs for certain Dutch math-books, based on ISBN.
Hope this helps. And it can be some work to understand the functions of the app. If you need help, let me know. The app has a built in onboarding process, but it can still be much.

Hi Chris. For reading, I convert my PDF into html using mathpics. Then I do not need to use additional software if I just need to read through a screenreader. If I have to read from a braille display, there is a setting in mac which we can enable whose effect is that the output is Nemeth braille.
For writing, I have to use a blend of different options. Using braille display I give input in UEB. The only problem with UEB is that we cannot type spacial symbols like fractions, superscripts etc. For this, I have to switch to latex in equation editter mode in pages which is equivalent of word in Mac. Unfortunately, there is no means to write using nemeth I.e we cannot input in Nemeth. You may explore Equalize editter for typing on which Mr. Sam Duly should be able to help you. He is a part of this list.
