[BlindMath] Issue with math in chat gpt

Dear all
I am using mac with voice over. From last about 15-20 days, I have noticed that at some selective places in chat gpt, math content is output as blank blank. The output is visible there but voice over doesn't read it. Is anyone else also facing this problem. Strangely, it’s a selective issue: at some time, it reads; at other times, it doesn't. Any possible workaround will be appreciated.
