Hey Jonathan. Thanks allot for all the advice. I did everything you
told me, and for some reason, am still experiencing the same problems.
Curiously, the Rmarkdown file I try to render using write R on R
version 3.5.1 still has the thread in the error message that
references R version 3.5.3. This is exactly the message: "Render
output goes hereDone
Caught error [Error 6] The handle is invalid for ['C:\\Program
Files\\R\\R-3.4.3\\bin\\x64\\Rscript.exe', '-e', 'if
(!is.element(\'rmarkdown\',
installed.packages()[,1])){install.packages(\'rmarkdown\',
repos="https://cloud.r-project.org")};require(rmarkdown);rmarkdown::render("C:\\\\Users\\\\shey
Lontum\\\\Documents\\\". Do you think I should just remove R3.4.3 from
my computer, Because after updating, I now have four R start up shot
cuts on my computer: two for version 3.4.3 (32 and 64 bits) and two
for version 3.5.1 (32 and 64 bits).
Awaiting your advice.
Regards.
Shey.
