Attached is the complete Rmd file.
Note: it requires latest knitr to embed alt text. Do the following to
update your R packages before rendering the Rmd file:
# Update all R packages without asking:
chooseCRANmirror(ind = 1)
update.packages(ask = FALSE)
# Rendering:
rmarkdown::render("answer2.Rmd")
