Diane what you need to do is call the national office at 410-659-9314
hit 
option 1 and either leave a message for Mrs. Maurer or email them at 
nfb at nfb.org with the changes you need to make.  We had to do that
recently 
when we had a change in the presidency of our local chapter in
Cumberland
