[Blindtlk] HR 3101 (Was: Bill update)

Has anyone from the national office read HR 3101 and weighed in on 
its effectiveness at doing what it is intended to do?  I know that it 
is not our legislation, and I also know that we are not actively 
pursuing it in either support or opposition.

Still, I'm willing to make my opinion on this bill known to my 
Congressmen, just as soon as I have one.  I'd like to hear some other 
opinions first, however.
