[Blindtlk] HR 3101: How would it impact us who are blind or visually-impaired?

How you like it if "Call the number on your screen," is a thing of the
past?  How would you like it if emergency warnings are read to you, the
B/VI watcher?  How would you like it if you can get on-screen menu options,
as to how to record your television shows and sporting events?  HR 3101
makes these requirements.  I ask you to call 202-225-3101.
