[Blindtlk] Oregon Must reopen the School For The Blind

Here's a partial update: there are only 2 students' parents suing the state
of Oregon for closing the School for the Blind!  The districts, as I
predicted, aren't helping out giving out services OSB had.  So, it's time
to fight, and reopen the School For the Blind.

Only Salem/Keizer City Schools are ready to handle blind students; the
other districts are not ready, and the school year for 2009-2010 begins
next week!

The time to fight is now!  Don't let the state of Oregon win!
