[Blindtlk] Urgent request! Please help!

Eric,

Before filing complaints with the Public Utility Commission and/or the
Better Business Bureau, I believe Jim Antonacci should talk with your
friend. After all, she knows, firsthand, what's going on and can answer,
accurately, any pertinent questions. I know you want to help her, and you
can by finding the correct contact person. But, she's the one who needs to
take the action. Although group action is sometimes required, we, on this
list don't know enough about the situation to adequately discuss anything
with the phone company or anyone else. If we were to all call this company,
we'd actually be causing more problems than helping. So, please talk with
Jim, this morning, and ask him to contact your friend, if she cannot call
him.

Cindy

Hi Jim, Cindy, Anjelina, and others:

I know for a fact that Christy did not call Jim Antonicci, due to her
unlimited long-distance restrictions. I also know that I have also called
the Better Business Bureau in Harrisburg. If anyone knows on how to
contact the Public Utilities' Commission, I need that phone number/website.
After all that, I will try and call Jim tomorrow. I've tried e-mailing
him, but, somehow, I'm blocked. I've come to this conclusion: Small,
inexperienced phone companies, who have, neither a Department of
Disabilities, nor an advocate for resolutions, regarding Windstream, should
not "bully around" other consumers. I was also quoted this statement:
"Unlimited long-distance = 5,000 minutes a month." So, Christy has been
bullied by these Windstream people mercilessly.

Second, Windstream has no 24-hour, automated support, which means that
you have to leave a message, and someone "may" get back to you? Do you see
the discrimination here?

Thanks for the help; keep it coming, please!

Eric
