Okay, I'm just full of questions today.
I ordered Dr. Jernigan's cornbread kit from the national office. I have
been wanting to do this for a long time, and finally had a little extra
to play with and so I did. Anyway, now that I have the package, I'm not
quite sure how to get the best result.
It came with a little syringe for measuring oil, but I am unclear as to
whether this oil is to go into the actual cornbread mix, or whether it
should be measured into the actual muffin tins.
I usually use the Jiffy mixes, and my cornbread always falls apart.
(smile) I want to get this right, so I didn't know if anyone out there
had Dr. Jernigan's recommended method or recipe?
Anyway, if anyone does have any pointers on the best method for using
this kit please let me know. It could be argued that this isn't
necessarily blindness related, so feel free to email off list.
